Whether you know her from her roles in early 2000s classics like The Devil Wears Prada or Mary Poppins or from her more recent, more thrilling endeavors like A Quiet Place, Emily Blunt is pretty much one of everyone’s favorite Brits. Not only is the actress known for her extensive film career, we also know her to be a queen of timeless, simple glamour. At tonight’s SAG Awards, Blunt’s radiant skin stole the show courtesy of this luxurious Chanel cream.
Sporting a fabulous, red Oscar de la Renta gown adorned in vines of flowers and rocking a red lip to match, Blunt was turning heads from the moment she stepped onto the red carpet. Despite her extravagant styling, what really caught our attention was the star’s glowing skin. Luckily for us, Blunt’s makeup artist revealed that this Chanel cream was the key to keeping the actress’ skin shining all night long.
“My hero products are always about the skin,” says Blunt’s makeup artist, Jenn Streicher, “The CHANEL N°1 de CHANEL Rich Revitalizing Cream ($115) along with the CHANEL N°1 de CHANEL Revitalizing Foundation in B20 ($75) really set the stage for beautiful, glowy skin.” Blunt’s shimmering cheekbones were also hard to miss, and Streicher explained that she specifically chose Chanel face products that would create a dewy, shiny look, like the Baume Essential Multi-Use Glow Stick ($45) in shades Rosée and Sculpting to help highlight Blunt’s features while still staying glossy.
