Whether you’re a born-and-bred theatre kid like me or just a fan of pop culture, last night’s 78th annual Tony Awards were a spectacle to obsess over. Throughout the evening, legendary Broadway performers and nominated acts took to the Radio City Music Hall stage to celebrate the art of live theatre, hosted by none other than Wicked star Cynthia Erivo. While the performances and awards were tear-jerking and awe-inspiring enough, the next-level glam looks were not to be ignored. There were several notable product call-outs, including the $25 foundation that both Erivo and “Funny Girl” star Lea Michele wore to Broadway’s biggest night.

Erivo’s glam look for the night had a more stripped-back, skin-forward approach, while Michele went for a bolder, smokier glam look; the key to both of the theatre stars’ long-lasting glow was none other than TirTir’s Mask Fit Red Foundation ($27). For host Erivo’s look, makeup artist Joanne Simkin used the Mask Fit Red Cushion in shades 43N and 45W, “blending them to create a flawless, semi-matte finish that still felt dewy and fresh on the skin,” she says.
For Michele’s monochromatic, dramatic all-black look, makeup artist Adam Burrell “buffed in the Mask Fit Red Foundation in 24N Latte all over her face for a smooth, even base,” before “tapping in the Mask Fit Red Cushion Foundation ($25) in the same shade onto her cheeks to add a little extra coverage while keeping the skin radiant.” The satiny finish left Michele’s skin radiant all night long and let her bold eyes steal the show.
