As reported on by Delish and calculated by the site BestProducts.com, that go-to health pick of green tea isn't so healthy in Frappuccino form. According to the site, "a Venti Green Tea Frap made with whole milk and whipped cream comes in at 550 calories."

For comparison, a Big Mac only hits 540 and you could have two regular hamburgers and still be hovering under. The takeaway? Best to stick to the good-for-you green tea options that have no or minimal sugar added.
