I always struggle with body aches and sore muscles during the winter. There seems to be a number of contributing factors: generally feeling under the weather, my annual New Year’s resolution to go hard on working out and an overall muscle tightness from the cold. Luckily, this is also the season of long, hot baths. After one particularly achy week (thanks, stomach flu), I put a selection of recovery bath soaks to the test and found these six below to be the most effective.
