Refined Reds
If you’re anything like me, a red manicure never leaves your rotation. This season, refined reds—think: scarlet, crimson and cherry—are taking over. According to Huber-Millet, these shades strike a balance between a bold and deep red. “They feel sophisticated, yet still give you that instantly put-together look,” she says.

Spiced Shades
Spiced tones have a similar appeal, offering added warmth and making them ideal for every skin tone. Huber-Millet says shades like tomato, paprika and chili pepper are popular this time of year thanks to their comforting undertones. Baby Pink
The pink nail trend is still going strong for winter 2026. However, this year, the color is much more demure. Baby pink is the soft shade that’s quietly becoming trendy. “It’s a surprise, but the color feels fresh and is surprisingly versatile for any occasion,” says Kyliushyk.

Black Currant
Near black nail colors, like black currant, are a no-brainer for winter. Not only is it an easy way to elevate your manicure, but it’s also universally flattering. “We’re seeing it across celebrities and social, where deep color with an ultra-lacquered finish feels like an accessory this time of year,” says Huber-Millet.

Slate Gray
“Effortless neutral colors, such as dolphin gray, biscuit and off-white, create a polished manicure that works with everything. They also grow out beautifully, which is helpful for wear time and nail health,” says Huber-Millet.

Milky White
White manicures will continue to dominate this winter. However, crisp snow-colored polishes are taking a backseat to milkier shades.
