Befitting the opening of the 2026 awards season, Sunday’s Golden Globes dazzled in more ways than one. From Selena Gomez, Ayo Edebiri and Hailee Steinfeld’s Old Hollywood waves and Pamela Anderson, Keri Russell, Kate Hudson and Emily Blunt’s chic updos to a wave of smoky eye makeup, there were plenty of big beauty moments. But one red-carpet trend is getting the most double-takes in the days since the ceremony: the sleek, simple and striking manicures worn by several of our favorite celebrities.
Ahead, prepare to be pleasantly surprised by how easy it is to recreate the hottest red-carpet manicures at home.
Zoë Kravitz’s 'Cloudy French' Manicure
Celebrity nail artist Betina Goldstein created a "cloudy French" manicure that perfectly complemented The Studio star Zoë Kravitz’s Saint Laurent peach-colored, lingerie-inspired slip dress. To get the natural nail look at home, start by applying a base coat and one layer of a pinky-nude polish (Goldstein uses The Gel Bottle's Chiffon BIAB; for a non-gel option, try Dazzle Dry's Rose Quartz). Then add a thin coat of a milky nail polish just to the tips (Essie's Arctic Jelly is a great option) and finish with a super-shiny top coat.
Hailee Steinfeld's 'Burnt Blush' Nails
Hailee Steinfeld made her baby-bump debut on the red carpet in a Prada peach silk chiffon dress embellished with silver sequins, paired with a “burnt blush” manicure by celebrity nail artist Tom Bachik. The Sinners star's long, coffin-shaped nails were created using Apres Nail's ‘Maisie Natural Coffin Medium’ Gel-X tips and Light and Shadow nail polish in Burnt Blush.
Selena Gomez's 'Velvet Noir' Nails
Bachik was also behind one of the most talked-about manicures of the night: Selena Gomez’s “velvet noir” nails. The understated look on mid-length, square-shaped nails was both goth and glam, echoing the drama of her blood-red lip. To recreate the shade at home, try CHANEL's La Base Camélia and Le Vernis Le Diable En Chanel.
