Victoria Beckham is setting the record straight for those speculating about her nose. The 50-year-old fashion and beauty icon shut down plastic surgery rumors, crediting her nose’s sculpted appearance to none other than her "clever contouring" skills.
"I like to draw," the eponymous beauty brand founder said, alluding to how she gets creative with makeup while appearing on The Today Show's Monday, December 16 episode. "I have to say; there’s been a lot of people in the past that have said to me that I’ve had some kind of surgery on my nose. I have never, ever, ever, ever ... No, never. It’s clever contouring."
"I am makeup obsessed," she continued during the segment, adding that she loves "creating these little videos that I do on Instagram" because "makeup is about having fun as well." For the record, those social media clips are anything but "little." "I always start by slimming down my nose," she said in the now-viral video. "So I'm literally going to draw two lines [down] either side of my nose to really shade down the sides," she continued, creating a small "V" shape on the tip of her nose for extra sculpting. "What this is going to do," she explained, "is when I blend it with my brush or my fingers, it's going to give the illusion of a longer, straighter nose."
