No beauty gatekeeping here! Rosie Woods DiMare is pulling back the curtain on the cosmetic treatments she’s had done—and what she’s eyeing next. The former news anchor, now a Real Housewives of Rhode Island cast member, took to Instagram Stories to answer “lots of questions” about her aesthetic history, from filler and facials to the skin-quality treatments on her wish list
The 35-year-old started with injectables, sharing that she gets lip filler once a year and estimates she’s had “one full syringe total.” She also had chin and jaw filler last year, though she says it has “mostly metabolized” at this point.
She also opened up about more recent filler placement, writing that she had cheek and temple filler a few weeks ago because, as she put it, “as I age my face is hollowing out.” The result, she added, was “not very noticeable,” suggesting she’s prioritizing subtle tweaks over dramatic changes.
But Woods’ routine doesn’t stop at injectables. She also shared that she gets a monthly Hydrafacial: a multistep facial that includes cleansing, exfoliation and hydration, and follows a medical-grade skin-care plan set up by the team at VIO Med Spa. She also recommends IPL laser for dark spots and says she plans to treat her neck and chest next, ideally when she has a free week to recover.
As for what’s next, Woods has a few skin-quality treatments on her radar. She says she’s planning to try microneedling for texture and is interested in skin-tightening lasers. She also shared that she “really” wants to try Sculptra, a biostimulatory injectable designed to gradually support facial volume and structure over time.
Woods also drew one firm line: surgery. She says she has “never gone under the knife,” but when it comes to nonsurgical treatments, she’s happy to share the details. “Those are the things I’ve done,” she wrote, adding that she’d post again if she remembers anything she left out.
