The latest buzzworthy beauty trend making waves online: Prosecco Polish. That’s right, sparkly gold nail polish that tastes like the bubbly beverage you might be more inclined to sip while you get your mani rather than have it painted onto your nails. And better yet, it’s being created by Groupon. Who would’ve thought?

According to Groupon’s U.K. site (the polish is currently only available overseas), the company created the world’s first edible, prosecco-flavored nail polish to help celebrate Mother’s Day. “Combining our love for manicures and prosecco, this nail varnish is made with real prosecco and smells and tastes just like the real thing. With a delicate gold luster, this lickable polish looks exquisite, giving you the fun of the flavor without a sore head the next day.”
However, if you live across the pond and have access to the polish, I wouldn’t be so quick to start taste-testing. The ingredient lineup also includes alcohol, shellac E904, propylene glycol, sodium saccharin and artificial coloring, which can be toxic in certain capacities. Additionally, Groupon stresses NOT to drink the product and to be aware of the high risk for flammability.
