Bridgerton star Phoebe Dynevor married Cameron Fuller on September 5, and her wedding-day beauty came courtesy of celebrity makeup artist Jen Tioseco, who built two distinct looks using Charlotte Tilbury. The ceremony called for something timeless and understated, while the reception called for more glamour. Tioseco delivered both, and shared the full product breakdown for each.
For the ceremony, the goal bordered on restraint. “For Phoebe’s wedding look, we wanted everything to feel timeless, thoughtful and beautifully balanced,” Tioseco shares. “Every element—from the soft flush of the cheeks to the lip and eyes—was chosen to work in harmony, with nothing competing for attention. We perfected the skin while keeping it fresh, luminous and effortless, allowing her natural beauty to come through. A delicate flick of liner added just the right amount of definition to the eyes without ever feeling overpowering. The finished look felt polished and romantic, but still completely like Phoebe.”
By the time the reception started, the look had shifted. “For Phoebe’s reception look, we wanted to turn up the glamour, knowing her wedding makeup would be softer and more understated,” Tioseco says. “The inspiration was a romantic, candlelit flush—really leaning into the blush and bringing more warmth and dimension to the skin so the makeup would come alive in the evening light. We kept everything luminous and romantic, with that perfect flushed-from-within finish.”

Wedding-Day Look
Tioseco started with skin, prepping with Charlotte’s Magic Hydrator Mist ($47), Magic Serum Crystal Elixir ($85) and Magic Cream ($105), then targeting the eye area with Magic Eye Rescue ($65).
For complexion, she reached for the new Airbrush Flawless Blur Loose Powder ($50) in Translucent, the Airbrush Flawless Foundation ($52) in 3N and 4N and Airbrush Flawless Finish in Shade 1 and 2, using the Hollywood Flawless Filter ($50) in 2 for an inner glow and Airbrush Flawless Blur Concealer ($36) in 3.5 and 4.5 to brighten.

On the eyes, Tioseco used Eyes To Mesmerize ($36) in Champagne and the Exagger-Eyes Bigger Brighter Eyes Luxury Palette ($58) for definition, Rock ‘N’ Kohl ($32) in Barbarella Brown for that delicate flick of liner, and Exagger-Eyes Volume Mascara ($29) to finish.
Lips were kept soft with Lip Cheat ($28) in Icon Baby under Matte Revolution Lipstick ($37) in Supermodel, and Magic Body Cream ($30) and Supermodel Body gave her skin an all-over glow beyond her face.
Reception Look
For the reception, Tioseco refreshed the same skin-prep routine: Magic Hydrator Mist, Magic Serum Crystal Elixir, Magic Cream and Magic Eye Rescue, before rebuilding a slightly warmer complexion with Airbrush Flawless Blur Loose Powder in Translucent, Airbrush Flawless Foundation in 3N and 4N and Airbrush Flawless Finish in Shade 1 and 2, again using Hollywood Flawless Filter in 2 and Airbrush Flawless Blur Concealer in 3.5 and 4.5.
This time, the Hollywood Contour Wand in Fair and Beauty Light Wand in Spotlight worked alongside Airbrush Flawless Blush Blur in Pillow Talk Medium for that candlelit flush, set with Airbrush Flawless Finish Setting Spray.
On the eyes, Tioseco swapped in Charlotte’s Palette Of Beautifying Eye Trends in Sensual Sunset for extra warmth, paired with Rock ‘N’ Kohl in Barbarella Brown and Exagger-Eyes Volume Mascara.
For lips, she layered Lip Cheat in Pillow Talk Medium under Matte Revolution Lipstick in Wedding Belles, finishing with Magic Body Cream and Supermodel Body for a lit-from-within glow that carried through the night.
