Olivia Wilde sported the freshest, most color-centric makeup—as well as some unexpected woven-in pink fountain grass in her hair—at this afternoon’s Independent Spirit Awards, where she took home the award for best first feature for her directing in Booksmart.

Crediting “miracle workers” makeup artist Melanie Inglessis and hairstylist Mara Roszak for her look, Wilde took to her Instagram stories to post a before-and-after image before she hit the event.

Inglessis then posted that it was “probably one of her favorite makeup looks she’s done lately on Olivia” and shared her unexpected secret behind the candy-colored eyes, which she coupled with a stained lip: L’Oréal Paris Voluminous Original Mascara in Cobalt Blue ($9) on her top lashes, and a vibrant violet shade from NYX on the bottom, paired with Armani Beauty Eye Tint in Rose Reflection ($30) on the lids.
