There was a lot of hot pink and a planet-stopping Brad and Jen run-in at this weekend’s SAG awards, but there’s no denying that the award for most supportive partner goes to Leslie Bibb, who’s reaction to Sam Rockwell’s win was nothing short of a sweet burst of over-flowing energy.

Equally as fabulous was Bibb’s eye makeup, which celeb makeup artist Rachel Goodwin exclusively told us came from the desire to “create a powerful eye with a slight nod to the sixties.”

“I used Victoria Beckham Beauty Smoky Eye Brick in Signature ($54) on her lids and and then added a soft, warm-matte brown to the crease. Then, I created a dramatic, elongated line on her upper lid, first sketching the line with NARS High Pigment Eye Pencil in Via Veneto ($24), then I went over the shape with Pat McGrath Black Liquid Liner Pen ($32).”

Goodwin then used the dark-brown shade from the VB eyeshadow palette on Bibb’s lower lid in a similar shape for a dramatic, slightly retro effect. “I added Surratt Beauty Inner Light Baton in Effervesce ($45) on her waterline and finished with two coats of Sisley-Paris So Volume Mascara ($67) on her upper lashes,” she says. “To finish off the eyes, I defined her brows with Hourglass Arch Brow Micro Sculpting Pencil in Dark Brunette ($28) and Glossier Tinted Boy Brow ($16).”
