Kylie Kelce wears many hats. The 33-year-old is a mother to four daughters, the host of her podcast Not Gonna Lie and the wife of retired Philadelphia Eagles center Jason Kelce. But prior to all that, she was also a college field hockey player. So, for a special Galentine’s Day podcast episode that aired Thursday, Kelce’s guests are two of her best friends and former field hockey teammates.
In her appropriately titled podcast, she doesn’t tend to hold back, and this episode was no different. Kelce was open about getting some sort of breast enhancement surgery in the future, but for now, it’s just a “rough plan.”
Kelce is mom to daughters Wyatt, 6, Elliotte, 4, Bennett, 2 and Finn, 10 months, so she could get the surgery done as soon as she’s fully done breastfeeding.
About halfway through the episode, Kelce shows her friends a video of a woman throwing a party to reveal her newly-completed breast enhancement, and Kelce wants to do the same. “We’re gonna end up doing this,” Kelce tells her friends. They instantly say that they’re in.
“To be clear, there is a rough plan that eventually I will put my boobs back where they belong because four kids,” Kelce says in the episode. “That’s all I have to say about that.”
Her friends tell her they will be brutally honest with her about how her breasts look once the surgery is done, prompting them to joke around about why they may look higher right after the procedure. “I’m going to wait until they settle [to show them to you],” Kelce decides.
Though Kelce doesn’t say exactly what type of breast enhancement surgery she’s thinking of (she does just have a rough plan, after all), plastic surgeons often offer “Mommy Makeovers” in which mothers can get several different surgeries, including the common breast lift and/or augmentation.
