Kenzie Annis isn’t afraid to keep it candid after her breakout season on Love Island USA. During a recent appearance on the Call Her Daddy podcast, the 24-year-old nursing grad revealed that she underwent a breast augmentation in the weeks between nursing school and entering the show’s famed Fiji villa.
Sitting down with host Alex Cooper, Kenzie said the surgery timing came down to simple math: she had a break, and she'd waited long enough. “I was like, ‘What else am I gonna do with the break?’ And I’m like, ‘I’ve always wanted tits. So I’m like, I’m gonna buy boobs,’” she said, laughing.
Kenzie also shut down any assumption that the timing was strategic to her reality television debut. “It was not for the show,” she said, adding that she simply wanted “to feel like a woman.” She also revealed that she requested 400-cc implants, joking to her surgeon, “I’m showing up, showing out. Give me those babies.”
And she's proud of how she made it happen: “I paid for them. My nanny money,” she said, giving a shoutout to the family she worked for.
Kenzie isn’t the first young star to open up about breast implants, either. Kylie Jenner famously commented on a TikTok that she got silicone implants that were “445 cc, moderate profile, half under the muscle,” and Alix Earle shared that she got “275 cc in one, 295 cc in another. Saline under the muscle,” just to name a couple. Kenzie’s openness is the latest example of a growing trend of more celebrities speaking candidly about cosmetic procedures as stars continue to help shift the conversation from speculation to transparency.
