At 38, the actress, singer and mom of four (how does she do it?!) looks like the best version of herself, and we've got the inside scoop on exactly how her glam squad made it happen.

Duff’s beauty speaks for itself, but this photoshoot was most certainly a team effort. Photographer Kat Irlin worked her magic on the beach (the shoot took place in Turks and Caicos); celebrity hairstylist Barb Thompson was on set for hair; and celebrity makeup artist Kelsey Deenihan Fisher created the sun-kissed skin and makeup.
For Duff’s hair, Thompson used BondiBoost products to achieve a “just stepped out of the ocean” look. For prep and treatment, she applied the Rapid Repair Bond Builder Leave-In Mask ($33), followed by HG Heat Protect Spray ($23) to help protect against heat and UV damage. To give her hair that effortless, beachy texture and movement, Thompson used the Wave Wand Triple Barrel Waver ($69). For volume, she spritzed on the Thickening Therapy Spray ($33), which can be used on dry or towel-dried hair to lift at the root. For shine and separation (that piecey effect stylists have mastered), she used the Rapid Repair Bond Builder Finishing Oil ($33). For touch-ups throughout the day, Thompson reached for HG Dry Shampoo ($28) to add volume and grip.
Deenihan Fisher used Charlotte Tilbury skin care and makeup for the rest of the look, keeping things sun-kissed and skin-forward. The base that set the tone was the brand’s newly reformulated Magic Cream ($105), followed by Collagen Super Fusion Facial Oil ($85). From there, she applied Airbrush Flawless Foundation in 6 Neutral ($52), Hollywood Flawless Filter in 4.5 ($50) and Airbrush Flawless Blur Concealer in 5.5 ($36). She also did some contouring and highlighting, then locked everything in with both powder and setting spray.
On the eyes, Deenihan Fisher used Exagger-Eyes Easy Eyeshadow Stick in Cashmere Sculpt ($34) and volumizing mascara. On the lips, Pillow Talk was, naturally, the go-to: Lip Cheat in Pillow Talk ($28) to line and Pillow Talk Blush Balm Lip Tint in 90s Kiss ($32)—a sheer, cool-toned brown—to fill.
