Aerin Lauder, Estée’s older granddaughter, established her own business empire that deals in home decor, fashion, and of course, beauty. Aerin recently sat down with The Sydney Morning Heraldto share some of her beauty secrets.
Aerin gavethe publication some tips on picking the right foundation color for your complexion. “Skin tone warms in summer, so you’ll need to switch foundation. If your complexion has warm undertones, opt for a yellow base; if your skin has cool undertones, go for a pink base,” explained Aerin. “And remember to test foundation on your face, not your hand, in natural light,” she added. Aerin also shared one of the biggest beauty tips her grandmother imparted on her. “My grandmother always said, ‘You only have one face; take care of it.’ No matter how tired you are, cleanse and moisturize, stay out of the sun and drink water,” said Aerin. “She also loved fragrance and told me to never leave home without it.”
