Vanessa Hudgens Brings Back Glazed Donut Nails Just in Time for Coachella
Hudgens has been known to love an iridescent, shimmery mani, but her most recent set by Hollywood nail icon Zola Ganzorigt has taken us back to our nail trend roots. I’ll never forget the day that Hailey Bieber’s glazed donut manicure broke the internet and served as the catalyst for what would become some of the brightest, most experimental years for manicure lovers to date. Recently, though, the classic glazed donut mani has been somewhat overshadowed by today’s colorful chromes and cat-eye gels.
Leave it to our festival it-girl to bring the trend back to life just in time for the biggest weekend for music lovers. Hudgens’ “natural glazed donut nails,” as Ganzorigt put it, feature a muted neutral base layered with eye-catching chrome powder on her lengthy, almond-shaped nails. So, is this new, concert-worthy mani a hint that the actress will reclaim her Coachella throne this year? Only time will tell…
