This has been the summer of Sofia Richie Grainge, and that is not up for debate. After her eye-catching wedding events, the 24-year-old gained more attention than ever for her chic style and idyllic lifestyle. Since then, many have been trying to emulate her hair, makeup and outfits. Richie Grainge recently shared an at-home workout, and we’re sure we’ll see everyone trying it at home soon enough.

The workout is very manageable, just 15 minutes. In a recent TikTok, Richie Grainge explains that she’s at her house with her trainer Elizabeth and only has 15 minutes to exercise. “I wanted to start the day on a positive note, so let’s do a quick little workout,” she tells viewers.

The standing portion of the workout consists of three sets of 45 seconds of jump rope, mixing in some leg crisscrosses for an extra challenge and throwing a medicine ball to the ground and picking it up on repeat. Then we see her take a quick dance break while sipping her charcoal gray Stanley Tumbler, as one does.

Richie Grainge then gets on the floor, lying on her back with a pilates ring between her thighs, hips lifted off the floor, as she lifts weights. She follows this with side-to-side crunches while still holding the weights and a sprint in place on all fours.
