Everyone loves a good party, but all that club hopping, drinking, bad-eating choices-and worse-can really take a toll on your good looks. With the weekend in sight, don’t be a victim of blotchy skin, hangover headaches or upset stomach after a night on the town. Here are three ways to undo the damage:

Nix the Redness. You suspected that your last cocktail in that smoky bar was a bad idea, and now your skin is proving it with blotchiness, excess oil and an overall sense of grossness. Sin-Care has recently launched Party Girl, a booster serum specifically formulated for skin that has been abused by late nights and alcohol consumption. It contains the purified extract of Swiss garden cress sprouts to promote detoxification, cactus to boost moisture and several other plant extracts and yeast to ease blotchiness, dark circles and inflammation.

Halt a Hangover. We’ve seen a lot of over-the-counter hangover cures, but the newly released Blowfish for Hangovers by Rally Labs received FDA approval earlier this year. It combines two known hangover helpers: a maximum-strength dose of aspirin and about a cup of coffee’s worth of caffeine in effervescent tablets to be taken the morning after a night of too much partying. It promises to relieve hangover-related pain and fatigue, so we’re curious enough to give it a try.

Ease Tummy Trouble. Ideally, if you know you’re headed for a night of partying, you’ve eaten well beforehand. That means lots of fiber to absorb the alcohol before it does its damage. However, eating fiber-rich foods the morning after will also absorb leftover booze, promote detoxification and may even ease queasiness. Consuming protein will also help regulate blood sugar that’s gone out of whack. One way to get a combination of fiber and protein is with a legume like mung beans, which have a mild flavor and a whopping 15 grams of fiber per serving plus lots of B vitamins, which are key for cell renewal, and bonus-they also contain vitamin C to stimulate collagen production.
