The relaxing Manhattan spa merges heat, cold, breathwork and connection for a synergistic euphoria. The process began with a 20-minute guided sauna session (heated to 175–185°F) that promoted relaxation and circulation. The model’s next stop was braving the ice bath with waters between 32 and 40°F, boosting focus, metabolism and recovery.
