For 2022 you might have made some resolutions to create a better morning routine for yourself. Well, let Nicole Scherzinger’s impressive start to the day inspire you. The star recently shared a few of the ways she takes care of herself during the day, and it’s all very impressive.

Some people prefer to exercise first thing in the morning to set the tone for the rest of the day. Scherzinger recently shared a video of an intense workout she performs. One video featured deep squats, while the other showed her using an exercise ball. “This is a FUN one to try y’all!” she wrote beneath the video of her squatting.

Scherzinger also does a bit of biohacking to stay healthy. She recently shared a video of her doing a cold plunge. “3°C 39°F, 6 minute cold plunge,” she wrote alongside the video. “You have to breathe through to break through.”


In the video, you can see Scherzinger is pushing through the uncomfortable temperature of the outdoor bath filled with ice-cold water. Cold plunges are said to relieve aches and pain, boost energy, aid in weight loss, reduce inflammation and more.
