For better or worse, many people look to celebs for inspiration on everything from fashion trends to fitness goals. Recent research conducted by Alinea Lipo NYC revealed the top 10 most Googled celebrity bodies in the U.S. The searches included “how to get a body like [celeb],” “[celeb] workout routine” and “[celeb] diet and workout.”
Unsurprisingly, mega-star Taylor Swift has the most Googled celebrity body, with tons of people interested in replicating her workout routine and diet. Although Swift has been vocal about her body image issues, there is an average of 14,230 monthly searches on her physique and how she attains it. To be fair, people are obsessed with just about every move she makes.
The second most searched celebrity body is former NFL quarterback Tom Brady, with 11,533 average monthly searches. The football player is known for maintaining his athletic physique well into his 40s and being fit enough to remain in the NFL longer than is standard.
Chris Hemsworth and Mike Tyson came in third and fourth place, respectively, both known for their muscular mass. Hugh Jackman ranked fifth, with many interested in how he transforms his generally lean body into Wolverine shape.
Data showed that Megan Thee Stallion and Jennifer Aniston are the sixth and seventh most searched-for celebrity bodies. Rounding out the top 10 are Arnold Schwarzenegger, Alan Ritchson and Jake Gyllenhaal.
“Celebrities are constantly in the public eye, and fans are able to see any changes to their physique, whether due to a fitness journey, surgery or other influence,” says board-certified New York cosmetic surgeon Dr. Ammar Mahmoud. He finds it reassuring that some “celebrities with these desirable physiques have been vocal about the amount of work it’s taken them to get to that point, like Taylor Swift and Hugh Jackman.” Dr. Mahmoud notes that “achieving these physiques through diet and exercise will be difficult for many, especially without the time and resources that celebrities have at their disposal. However, there’s nothing wrong with using them for inspiration.”
