Zoe Saldaña

Fresh out of awards season where she was praised for her role in Emilia Perez and won the Oscar for it, actress Zoe Saldana looks cool and radiant with a chic bob, blunt bangs and dewy cheekbones.

Celebrity hairstylist Mara Roszak says Saldaña’s 1920’s dandy bob was inspired by “the tapered, sleek, tailored lines and exaggerated shapes found in signature dandy fashion.” She prepped the actress’s hair by adding RŌZ Santa Lucia Styling Oil on damp hair to give it a smooth glide and keep hair lightweight with movement. After blowdrying the hair with the Olivia Garden SuperHP Hair Dryer and Ceramic + Ion Speed XL Round Brush to make it sleek and smooth, Roszak created a center part and applied two pea-size dollops of the new RŌZ Evergreen Style Cream through roots to ends to define and smooth.

Celebrity makeup artist Vera Steimberg used Hourglass products for the makeup look. “We paired [her Thom Browne gown] with a statement eye, powerful—symbolizing resilience and self-expression. Skin is fresh and luminous—we used the Veil Hydrating Skin Tint [in shades 12 and 14] to achieve this look. It’s a canvas of confidence that radiates from within, and softer lips. The overall silhouette is a nod to defiant elegance: sharp, artful and unmistakably original.”

Sydney Sweeney

The Euphoria actress is giving elegant, jazzy vibes in her sparkling cut-out Miu Miu dress. We love the nod to baby hairs—her way of translating the theme—and chic, classic bun where no hair is out of place, courtesy of celebrity hairstylist Glen Oropeza.
“This look was inspired by the finger wave and wanting to take it into 2025,” says Oropeza, who used Kérastase styling products and Wavytalk hair tools to create the look. “I knew I wanted a clean simple bun, but also wanted to elevate it with an aspect of design in the front. I went with what I call a “finger swirl” for an element of interest around the face.”

Celebrity makeup artist Melissa Hernandez wanted Sweeney’s makeup to embody the essence of Kim Novak’s iconic 1950s glam and used Armani beauty products to achieve the look. “We went for a signature cat-eye and added jet black liner [Smooth Silk Eyeliner in shade 4] along the lower lash line to give it a modern edge. Think Old-Hollywood beauty reimagined through a contemporary lens.”

Hernandez also used Eye Tint Long-Lasting Liquid Eyeshadow in 99M and the brand’s new Vertigo Lift Mascara.

Teyana Taylor

The singer-songwriter and jack of all trades turned heads in a custom Marc Jacobs ensemble, dramatic lashes and a juicy nude lip.

Celebrity makeup artist YEIKA used Bobbi Brown Cosmetics products, including Smokey Eye Mascara in Black, Weightless Skin Foundation SPF 15 in Neutral Cool Honey and Perfectly Defined Gel Eyeliner Pencil in Chocolate Truffle. On her lips, YEIKA applied Lip Liner in Chocolate and Extra Plump Lip Serum in Bare Cocoa.

Sadie Sink

The Stranger Things actress stunned on the blue carpet in a custom, black lace Prada dress, but what really caught our eye was the monochromatic, light pink wash of color on her cheeks and lips that complemented her blue eyes. The tousled updo is the perfect pick to show off her youthful cheekbones, too.

“For Sadie’s Met Gala look, the goal was to enhance her natural beauty,” says celebrity makeup artist Nina Park, who used Armani beauty products. “We kept the makeup soft and modern with defined eyes, fresh glowing skin, a rosy flush on the cheeks [Luminous Silk Glow Blush in shade 50 and Fluid Sheer Glow Enhancer in shade 7], and a ‘your lips but better’ shade [Lip Power Lipstick in shade 108]. The overall feel was romantic and timeless to complement the elegance of her black lace gown.”

Joey King

The actress’s beauty look exudes cool and confident. We’re loving the bold, unexpected smoky eye using shades of pink eyeshadow and smudged eyeliner. Paired with a pink lip, groomed brows and retro waves, it’s giving fashion-forward and fun.

“For the hair, I wanted something that felt rich, cinematic and slightly surreal,” says celebrity hairstylist Rena Calhoun, who applied Maria Nila Styling Mousse on clean, damp hair before drying it. “With the Bur Bur Ludmila Brush, we leaned into classic brushed-out waves, sculpted just enough to feel intentional without being stiff to balance the boldness of the suit.”

Doechii

We can not get enough of Doechii’s perfectly styled look tonight. It’s tailored and fun with retro hip-hop vibes. The rapper paired her Louis Vuitton suit in a mix-matched monogram print with natural hair, heavy blush and a wine-stained lip to match her bow.

Demi Moore

The iconic actress wore a beaded Thom Browne gown that was meant to look like a necktie. To give the gown the spotlight it deserved, she wore her hair in a slicked-back low bun, which also highlighted her contoured cheekbones. The black-and-white look was complete with red nails.
Celebrity makeup artist Sofia Tilbury prepped the actress’s skin with Charlotte Tilbury skin care before applying a full face of the beauty guru’s makeup. On the cheeks, Tilbury used the Hollywood Contour Wand in Fair/Medium and the Pillow Talk Matte Beauty Blush Wand.

Miley Cyrus

This is “tailored rockstar” at its finest. We love the cropped croc jacket paired with a slicked-back, braided ponytail (courtesy of celeb hairstylist Bob Recine and Great Lengths hair extensions), long, defined lashes and a shiny, nude lip. It’s effortless and sleek, and her bronzy, chiseled cheekbones are on full display.
“Miley’s features are the statement!” says celebrity makeup artist James Kaliardos. “That’s what makes it bold and iconic. The look is all about skin-enhancing, shaping, detailing and lengthening. We tailored the look to her, all with Maybelline New York products, making it totally replicable. She is the only mood board I need.” On the singer’s lashes, Kaliardos applied Lash Sensational Sky High Mascara and to contour, he used the Lifter Stix Multi-Use Face Stick in shade 50. On her lips, he applied Super Stay Vinyl Ink Longwear Liquid Lip Color in the shade Captivated, a light, neutral nude.

Lizzo

The singer looks stunning in a Christian Siriano gown and we love the contrast between her deep, vampy lip and new platinum hair. Her modern sculptural French manicure was created by celebrity manicurist Eri Ishizu using Aprés Nail products.
Celebrity makeup artist Alexx Mayo did Lizzo’s makeup using IVY Beauty products, and celebrity hairstylist JSTAYREADY gave the singer Old Hollywood waves using RED by Kiss styling products and Vivace by Kiss’s hair.

Sabrina Carpenter

The pop superstar donned a burgundy Louis Vuitton mini suit by Pharrell Williams that made her bombshell blonde waves shine bright. We love the sexy spin on a sophisticated look, and the exaggerated lip liner.
To build volume and body in Carpenter’s hair, celebrity hairstylist Evanie Frausto applied Redken Volume Maximizer “throughout the singer’s damp hair, adding lightweight lift without compromising movement,” and then blow-dried it using the L’Oréal Professionnel AirLight Pro. “Once dry, I did a curl set using a 1.25-inch iron and let it cool to add body. Then, we misted Redken Dry Texture Spray through the mid-lengths to ends, breaking up the curls for that effortless, tousled vibe.”
On the makeup front, Carpenter teased a new Prada Beauty product launching later this month: Prada Light Glowing Powder Highlighter in 02 Pink. The exaggerated liner look on her lips was the result of a two-tone look using Monochrome Hyper Matte Lipstick in B01 Argile, a beige-brown, and B11 Alabaster, a light nude.
