“I’m obsessed with cheese and milk, but eliminating them from my diet (I did it gradually) made the biggest difference,” she revealed in an interview. But, Khloé wasn’t willing to go cold turkey on her favorite dairy treats like pizza and ice cream.
“In a month and a half, I lost 11 pounds just from not eating dairy, without doing anything else different,” revealed an amazed Khloé, who couldn’t believe how swapping her favorite dairy foods for healthier dairy-free alternatives would instantly lead to a dramatic weight loss.
