Khloé finds her confidence at the gym and you can too! “Working
out does so much for me emotionally, but it also makes my skin look
better-everything looks better,” she says. “I dress differently now because I feel comfortable in my skin and I’m willing to take more style risks. Before, I wouldn’t wear certain clothes because I was uncomfortable or I felt they didn’t look good on my body. Now, I feel I’m living my life more.”
We’ve all heard about the gluten free craze, but Khloé
reveals why saying goodbye to an alternate food group instead will lead to a
better-looking body. “I always thought that almond milk would be disgusting. I never even tried it, but I was adamant that I would hate it. I learned a lot about dairy and what it does to your system and I cut it out. Then I tried almond milk and found that I loved it,” revealed the star.
If you have a facial flaw don’t instantly resort to Botox treatments and lip fillers. Khloé recommends taking a natural, simpler approach to fixing up an embarrassing physical flaw. When Khloé’s BFF recommended Khloé get fillers to even out the appearance of her face she chose to sleep on an alternate side of her face instead.
“I sleep on the right side of my face, and my best friend pointed out that it looks flat and suggested I get filler. I see it, but I don’t think one side of my face is flat. I don’t think people thought about these things before Botox and fillers became so accessible. Now I try to sleep on my left side,” says Khloé.
You are what you eat and Khloé definitely lives by that
mantra! “I’m way healthier now than I ever was. I stay really hydrated by
drinking five liters of water and taking vitamins every single day. I do think that changes your skin.”
