One of America’s undeniable sweethearts, Jennifer Garner looks just as radiant and youthful now as she did almost 20 years ago in her hit movie 13 Going on 30. Needless to say, we’re always keeping our eyes and ears open for anything she has to say about beauty and self-care. Luckily for any of the millions of women who are looking for a solution for the many causes of thinning hair, the actress took to Instagram to share the product she says is “the secret to hair thinning.”

Alongside celebrity hairstylist, Adir Abergel, Garner revealed via Instagram reels that her secret to combatting thinning hair is none other than the Virtue Labs Flourish Density Booster ($50).  (Abergel is the creative director for Virtue; Garner is a brand partner.) Describing it as “the biggest hair innovation for thinning hair in years and years,” Garner explains that she loves the product since it was “scientifically put together for a women’s head.” Abergel adds that the amazing thing about this clinically-proven, density increasing product is that it’s “drug free, so it’s not going to dry out your scalp, your hair is going to stay healthy and you’re creating a beautiful, fertile environment for your scalp.”

In the caption to the reel, the 50-year-old actress also opened up about her own struggle with hair loss that brought her to loving this Virtue Labs staple. “Women suffer from hair loss and thinning for all kinds of different reasons,” she begins, “for me, it was the transition away from nursing my babies, but any way you slice it, hormones and stress are mean to us gals, and we deserve all the safe, no BS, drug-free help we can get.”
