Brie Larson has kept her fans updated on her fitness training for Captain Marvel, and every week it’s obvious she’s getting stronger.
Last week, the star posted a few slides holding herself up on a pole, another post showing off her ripped abs and the week beforehand it was a video of her doing upside-down pull ups. But, this week, her workout was a little different.
“POV you’re @risemovement telekinetically controlling my stability via Zoom,” she writes in her caption. In the video, Larson is seen doing an oblique workout, which focuses strength, balance and stability. In the background of the video, her trainer, Jason Walsh, is cheering her on through Zoom.
