In a recent interview with Elite Daily, Hailey Bieber talks through her pre-snooze self-care routine, from skin care to supplements.

“Well, I never go to sleep without doing my skin-care routine,” says Bieber. “I can’t go to sleep without doing it top to bottom.” A few essential steps in her routine: a double cleanse—for this, she uses an oil cleanser and a regular cleanser—a serum or two, an oil and a moisturizer. “I’m actually being dead serious when I say I don’t want to go to bed without looking like a glazed doughnut,” she tells Elite Daily.

The 24-year-old star has previously opened up about her struggle with dermatitis, resulting in patches of dry skin. To combat the side effects of this pesky condition, Bieber says she applies Aquaphor ($5) on areas that are irritated. “That works like a charm every time. And I can’t go to bed without something on my lips.”

When dishing about her nighttime wellness ritual, the supermodel says she has a drawer full of OLLY gummies next to her bed. When she can’t fall asleep, she opts for OLLY Sleep ($14). “Also, sometimes I feel like I can notice if I’m having a bit more anxiety, which peaks sometimes at night. My brain starts to think about everything. And if I can’t get my brain to relax and shut off, I like the body scans on the Calm app … I’ve never done the body scan and not fallen asleep from it.”

Another weekly essential in her routine: being with her friends. “Two of my best girlfriends that live in L.A.: Kendall and my best friend Justine. Those are my girls and we’ve been friends for a long time, so if I was going to have a chill girls night [we’d] wind down with some wine and just chill.”
