Following the summer of the bob, celebrities continue to chop their hair, opting for sleek, chic cuts over long, flowing strands. From Hailey Bieber to Zendaya, the bob has claimed so many of our favorite stars, and we love to see it. Tonight’s Golden Globes red carpet proves a couple of things—Barbie pink isn’t going anywhere, and neither is the bob. A handful of stars strut the red carpet with the trending yet timeless haircut.

Emma Stone

Celebrity hairstylist Mara Roszak styled Emma Stone’s iconic red hair into a bob with a chic flip at the end to add some flair. Roszak says she was inspired “to create a modern hairstyle that was fresh, sleek and architectural with clean lines.”

Roszak used RŌZ Foundation Shampoo ($39) and Conditioner ($42), Milk Hair Serum ($52) and Santa Lucia Styling Oil ($45). She also used the brand new RŌZ Root Lift Spray launching on January 16 to get some volume.

Celebrity hairstylist Aviva Jansen Perea says she aimed to make the star’s glam “something unexpected compared to traditional old Hollywood aesthetic by creating a final result that looks lived in and touchable while remaining true to America’s modern and fresh personality.”

She styled America Ferrera’s short bob with a bevy of Dyson tools, including the Airwrap Multi-Styler ($599) using the Soft Smoothing Brush attachment, the Corrale Hair Styler Straightener ($499) and the Supersonic Hair Dryer Professional Edition ($429) with the flyaway attachment. Celebrity hairstylist Kylee Heath was inspired by Sarah Snook’s elegant dress. “We wanted to make sure the hair wasn’t too structured. We thought this was the perfect pairing—a little fun and also classic,” she said of the look.
