What’s Your Morning Like?
I wake up at 6:30 a.m. and have a banana and yogurt for breakfast. After, I work out with my trainer for an hour at 7:30 a.m. When getting ready, I typically use whatever I’m trying out for my product line. I use my Ultimate Shine Blonde Gloss every time I wash my hair to keep my color shiny and use a conditioning treatment. I wash my face every morning with Cetaphil. I usually have a half hour to get ready between working out and walking about the door to work.
Describe A Typical Day At Work.
I get in around 10 a.m. and do some office work with my CEO in the salon. At 10:30 a.m. I start working with my clients and in between I’ll run back and forth doing more office work. I eat lunch at 4 p.m.—generally not at a normal time—because I’m working all day. I’ll usually have a salad and tuna since I’m trying to eliminate carbs.
What Do You Do After Work?
I either have dinner plans or go home and binge watch TV. My favorite shows are Game of Thrones, The Voice and Shameless. If I’m eating at home I’ll have a salad and fruit but since I’m not usually home until 10 p.m., I don’t always have time for dinner. If I go out, I’ll have fish and salad with a vodka soda. I’m normally get to sleep between 1:30 to 2 a.m.
Any New Products You’re Excited About?
I’m excited about my new at-home two-step conditioning treatment. I created Weekly Remedy to deeply hydrate and repair hair without weighing it down. Most masques and treatments are heavy on the hair and leave it lifeless, flat and heavy. I didn’t just want a cosmetic fix – this technology actually repairs the hair inside out instantly. The best part is, it works on any type of hair, leaving its color vibrant, shiny and healthy.
Are There Any Interesting Things In Your Beauty Routine?
Since I stand on my feet all day, I use a pumice stone on my feet to give them a little extra care. I also love the Clarisonic on my face.
What Would We Be Surprised To Know About You?
When I’m on my vacation, I shut down and don’t look at my phone. I’m obsessed with TV and I hate chocolate!
