Like many in Hollywood, Cher has an incredibly fit physique. However, Cher’s head-to-toe toned body is a bit more awe-inspiring than others considering the megastar is 72 years old. Surprisingly, it was none other than Ellen DeGeneres who was quick to point out just how amazing Cher’s figure actually is during the singer’s appearance on her show today, finally giving fans an idea of what her workout consists of, Women’s Health reports.
After commenting on Cher’s particularly sculpted butt, DeGeneres inquired about her exercise routine, to which Cher replied that she frequently does the fire hydrant move to improve her backside. “So you get down on all fours and you put your leg up and you make an L with your leg and you do it up like that,” Cher explained. “Three sets of 25.”

But that’s not all, Cher’s also a fan of “old-fashioned” moves like squats and enjoys at-home Zumba using a tape for guidance. “And I have to confess, I do Zumba,” she revealed.
Considering Cher’s incredible physique seems to only get better with time, we can’t help but think that her simple routine works so well because she accompanies it with a healthy diet and some serious devotion to her training schedule.
