Leslie Bibb

Looking as radiant as ever (and so happy!) in her strapless Armani Privé gown and signature blonde bob, The White Lotus actress exuded total charm and confidence. “For Leslie’s look, I was inspired by the minimalist structure of her Giorgio Armani gown," says celebrity makeup artist Rachel Goodwin, who used Armani beauty makeup. "I wanted her makeup to look like something you’d see on the runway. Radiant, transparent skin [Luminous Silk Foundation in shade 5.2], elongated, pewter-lined eyes [Eyes to Kill Waterproof Eyeliner Pencil in shade 1] and stained lips [Prisma Glass Lip Gloss in shade 06]. I wanted her makeup to be glamorous yet allow her natural, luminous beauty to shine.” Celebrity colorist Tracey Cunningham, the U.S. creative director of color and technique for Schwarzkopf Professional, calls Bibb's color "rich bitch blonde," which she refreshed "with a chic, dimensional tone that feels both elevated and versatile. The look is the ultimate transitional hue for fall: effortlessly wearable, with a slightly deeper root that makes it easy to go lighter or darker and allows for more time between salon visits." For her base, Cunningham used (20 volume, 5 mins): IGORA Royal 8-11. For her highlights: BlondMe Premium Lightener 9+ with 30 volume developer.

Malin Akerman

Though we couldn't get enough of The Hunting Wives and Akerman's character, the infamous Margo Banks, we're happy to see the actress ditched the wig for her classic beachy blonde hair, which was the perfect match for her "Marilyn Monroe–inspired dress."

Selena Gomez

Stunning in a red Louis Vuitton gown, a sleek, bouncy ponytail and perfectly rosy cheeks, actress and singer Selena Gomez owns the red carpet ever time. Her show Only Murders in the Building is nominated for Best Comedy Series. Celebrity makeup artist Hung Vanngo used Mixsoon skin care to prep the actress's skin, and both Rare Beauty and his new eponymous brand for makeup. He also hinted at a new Rare Beauty Foundation, which he used tonight. On her cheeks, Vanngo used Rare Beauty Soft Pinch Liquid Blush in Happy and Positive Light Silky Touch Highlighter in Mesmerize. On her lips, he used his Hung Vanngo Beauty Creamy Matte Lipstick in Wild Rose. For her hair, celebrity hairstylist Renato Campora created a slicked-back, "snatched" ponytail to complement the neckline of her gown. After shampoo/conditioner, he applied KERASILK Hydrating Essence throughout the hair, using the VARIS Paddle Brush to distribute it evenly and gently massage the scalp. Once the hair was dry and in the ponytail, which he curled, he smoothed the top layer of hair from the hairline back with the KERASILK Taming Balm for extra shine.

Justine Lupe

Donning a sheer Carolina Herrera gown and beachy, balayaged waves, the Nobody Wants This actress turned heads on the red carpet. Tracey Cunningham calls Lupe's color "candlelit blonde," which she achieved using the brand's BlondMe Premium Lightener 9+ with 20 vol developer and root gloss: IGORA Vibrance 9-0 (6 vol). Lupe's hair was styled by celebrity hairstylist Barb Thompson, who wanted to create "sexy, cool-girl hair with a perfectly undone finish, flyaways included." Thompson used "RŌZ Air Thickening Spray generously, then roughed up the texture using a blow dryer for a lived-in feel." She also applied RŌZ Evergreen Style Cream "to the ends for separation, then worked any remaining product into face-framing pieces to complete the look."

Meghann Fahy

The Sirens actress paired her plunging neckline with voluminous waves and a side part, dramatic lashes and a soft pink lip. She's nominated for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Limited or Anthology Series or Movie. Makeup artist Samantha Lau was responsible for the actress's glam, using Estée Lauder products. “We were inspired by that classic '90s supermodel glamour: powerful but minimal, sexy but never overdone," she says. "We wanted Meghann to look like herself, just the most polished, elevated version. We did it with fresh, glowy skin, strong lashes and that effortless neutral lip, which gave it a modern, fresh edge.” Some of the brand's key products used to achieve the look include Double Wear Stay-in-Place Foundation in 2C1, Bronze Goddess Highlighting Powder Gelee in Heatwave, Sumptuous Extreme Lash Multiplying Volume Mascara and Pure Color Creme Lipstick in Determined. For her hair, celebrity hairstylist Jacob Rozenberg blowdried the actress's blonde strands with the ghd Helios Professional Hair Dryer and a round brush, and then used the ghd Chronos Curve Grand Iron to "enhance movement throughout the hair and create soft, effortless waves...for a beautiful, '90s-inspired blowout." He also added Great Lengths Essenza Tape-In Extensions, cutting them to match Fahy's existing length.

Mariska Hargitay

A presenter tonight, the Law & Order SVU actress (now in her 27th season) wowed us on the red carpet in CHANEL makeup and a burgundy corset gown.

"For tonight’s Emmy’s Awards, I wanted the makeup look to mirror the elegance and drama of Mariska’s strapless, velvet gown," says makeup artist Kate Synott. "The rich, plush texture of the dress called for a makeup look that balanced sophistication with radiance: a velvety complexion [Sublimage L’Essence de Teint Ultimate Radiance-Generating Serum Foundation in 870], soft sculpting [Baume Essentiel Multi-Use Glow Stick in Sculpting], and lips that felt timeless yet modern [31 Le Rouge Matte Lipstick in Intimiste]."

For her hair, celebrity hairstylist Adir Abergel gave the actress “a healthy, shiny, bouncy blowout, channeling the timeless images of '90s supermodel glamour, particularly Cindy Crawford. To prep Hargitay's hair, Abergel applied Virtue Volumizing Primer for lift, then layered in Volumizing Mousse throughout for added body and long-lasting hold. He then blowdried the hair with a large round brush and set each section in Velcro rollers, following with a curling iron once they were cool, and then hairspray.

Leighton Meester

The actress looked positively poised on the red carpet alongside her husband, actor Adam Brody, who was nominated for his role in the Netflix hit Nobody Wants This.

“For Leighton’s Prada gown alongside Adam’s blue Prada suit, I wanted to embrace a retro vibe while giving her look a subtle nod to the glamorous movie stars of the 1950s, like Brigitte Bardot, but with a fresh, modern twist,” says celebrity hairstylist Clariss Rubinstein.

After prepping Meester's copper hair with Nexxus Medium Hold Volume Mousse and giving her a big, bouncy blowout, Rubinstein set the actress's bangs in place. Then she used a 1.5-inch curling iron to style, clipping the curls in place and adding a few extensions for extra fullness. Once she released the curls, she misted them with flexible hairspray and then sprayed the roots with Nexxus Advanced Invisible Clean Dry Shampoo for volume and grip.
