It turns out, the eyeliner most commonly sold at Walmart is none other than Maybelline New York Eye Studio Master Precise Ink Pen Liquid Eyeliner in Black ($6). Not only is this the top-selling eyeliner year-to-date, but sales for this liner also tend to peak right now due to Halloween (it’s one of the busiest times of year for in-store beauty departments!).
Although not necessarily a new eyeliner, it’s clearly a favorite among the masses. And at only $6, it’s certainly worth a try.
