Carrot, tomato and parsnip aren’t typically go-to ingredients found in dairy products, but Dr. Bhatia says look for veggie-based yogurts packed with vitamins and protein to hit the market in the New Year.

Thanks to a special filtration process, Dr. Bhatia says these new “super” milks offer up 50 percent more natural protein and calcium than regular milk and 30 percent less sugar.
