For many of us, the red carpet at any big awards show isn't complete until Taylor Swift arrives. And tonight, at the 81st Golden Globes, she did not disappoint. (Aside from not having her beau Travis Kelce on her arm.) One of the last celebrities to step onto the carpet, Swift stunned in a long green sequin gown.
She wore her hair down in voluminous waves, paired with her signature bangs. Her makeup featured a neutral lip, black eyeliner and a sultry smoky eye. Her blush and highlighter were subtle, and added a barely there contour for a natural beauty look. Choosing not to wear a necklace showed off her décolleté and drew our eye to the sexy cutouts on her dress. Instead, she opted for long diamond earrings.
The global superstar is nominated in a new category this year that honors cinematic and box office achievement. Her concert film Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour is nominated alongside Barbie, John Wick: Chapter 4, Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3, Mission: Impossible—Dead Reckoning Part One, Oppenheimer, Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse, and The Super Mario Bros. Movie. This is the songwriter's fifth Golden Globe nomination.
