Paris Hilton isn’t just sliving, she’s biohacking. In a new TikTok tour of her glam home spa, dubbed the “Sliving Spa,” Paris walked famous friends like Lizzo and Blueprint founder Bryan Johnson through the wellness wonderland she’s built inside her house.

Her Longevity Lair

“We’re just trying to Sliv forever!” said the star at the start of her tour. She began by showing off her red light bed to the group. “It’s like, not a tanning bed,” she explained. “It’s for collagen.” Next up, a roomy hyperbaric chamber. “It fits four people. This is, like the number one in anti-aging. And we lay in here and watch TV.”

From there, the group made their way to the cryo chamber, where Lizzo emerged declaring, “I feel alive,” before jumping onto Paris’ pink Power Plate. We also caught a glimpse of other medspa-grade tools, including a HydraFacial machine and what appears to be a Lumenis NuEra Tight radio frequency skin-tightening device.

High-Tech Heaven

To get the full rundown, TikTok creator and self-proclaimed biohacking expert Brittany (@biohacking) gave a quick play-by-play of each device featured in the spa, complete with pricing.

“That’s a NEO Light Bed,” she says, estimating the cost around $58,000. “It’s great for skin, collagen, anti-aging, inflammation, pain and athletic recovery.” She also points out the massive hyperbaric chamber. “It’s basically to help bring more oxygen into the blood. I couldn’t find the exact one she has, but four-person chambers like this usually start at about $180,000.”

Of the cryotherapy setup, Brittany says she’s pretty sure it’s the Everest Pinnacle model from CryoBuilt. “Cryotherapy is great for reducing inflammation, pain, metabolism, weight loss, recovery, you name it. These start around $160,000.”

She also spotted a HydraFacial Syndeo system. “It helps with blackheads, acne, fine lines, smoothing the skin, which runs about $46,000 if you want one at home.

Rounding out the lineup is a full-body lymphatic machine that helps with puffiness and skin firming. “Similar machines start at $20,000,” she adds, before finishing with the pink power plate. “These vibration platforms are great for bone density, muscle tone and metabolism, and they start at around $500.”

While the spa comes with a hefty price tag, her treatments are an investment. Leave it to Hilton to usher us into this new longevity era.
