Searches for cold plunge therapy have increased by 521 percent in recent years as people seek to reap the benefits of the practice like improved circulation, reduced inflammation and increased energy levels.

People are busy these days and want their beauty treatments to be quick and efficient, so it’s no surprise that waterless pedicures have taken off. However, there’s more to the waterless pedicure trend than efficiency. Yelp says these pedicures are said to be more hygienic, environmentally conscious and better for nail health.
