Allison Holker has even more to reveal about her beauty routine and the cosmetic procedures she gets. The So You Think You Can Dance alum participated in a short "Ask Me Anything" via her Instagram story this week, where she opened up to her followers about the exact amount of Botox she gets each year.

After posting a selfie from the office of facial plastic surgeon Lauren Moy, MD, Holker opened the floor for questions from her fans, the first of which inquired about how many units she typically gets when she visits Dr. Moy.

"I get the bare minimum 20-30 units," she said. In response to another fan asking how she gets her Botox to look "so subtle," Holker responded, saying she tells Dr. Moy to keep the injections minimal. "I still like a little expression," she said. Another fan commented on Holker's story, saying that the star didn't need Botox, to which Holker made clear that she's been getting treatments two to three times a year for the last four years. "Botox has helped me stay this way," she wrote.

Holker has been pretty open about the decisions she's made regarding her appearance lately. During a recent episode of her podcast, Between Us, she spoke about why she chose to get a boob job in her thirties. “I’ve wanted a boob job since I was in high school, but because of my career and dancing, I never really made time for it. Because I was like, ‘OK, I’ll have to take a couple months off from it,’” she said. “Three kids later, and I’m not dancing like I used to. So I was like, ‘OK, maybe this is the right time for me.’”

She also spoke about getting Botox earlier in the episode, saying that she likes getting it because it's helped clear her acne. "It actually cleared up my acne," she said. "I don’t know if it usually does, but I used to have a very pimply forehead [and] it took everything away.”
