When Oscar-winner Nicole Kidman tries a hair brand and then loves it so much she “immediately” asks about a partnership, you can safely assume the products deliver on their promises. That’s the story of Vegamour, a clean hair-care brand dedicated to healthy hair and a healthy scalp.

The brand behind the cult-classic, hair-thickening, Kidman-loved GRO Hair Serum ($64) just announced a new launch for anyone looking for help hydrating, smoothing and de-frizzing their hair: HYDR-8 Weightless Repair Oil ($48).

The formula brings together marula oil, vitamin C oil and a blend of sacha inchi and chia seed oil to add shine, improve split ends, nourish hair and protect it from free radicals. The “virtually weightless,” fast-absorbing oil isn’t weighed down by silicones, and never leaves hair slick or greasy. To see best results, start with a small amount, rub hands together to evenly disperse the oil and run hands through damp or dry hair from mid-length to ends. (The brand recommends one pump for fine hair, up to two pumps for medium hair and up to three for thick hair.) Per the brand, HYDR-8 Weightless Repair Oil adds 96% more glossy, natural shine and a 92% reduction in breakage.

Danielle Dooley, associate director of digital content for NewBeauty, loves it too. “It smells like a childhood-favorite cereal in the best way, leaves hair looking shiny and healthy and doesn’t weigh down strands. It checks every must-have box for a top-shelf hair oil.”

If you want to try the hair oil yourself, grab it before it sells out on Vegamour.com.
