In 2023, U Beauty launched the sister product to its Resurfacing Compound: the Resurfacing Body Compound. A blend of all-star acids, including flower, glycolic, mandelic, phytic and lactic, exfoliate skin from head to toe, while retinol optimizes cell turnover and reduces wrinkles.
