Juggling motherhood, work and marriage is enough to make even the most beauty-centric women fall behind on taking care of herself. And Molly Sims is no different.

Like most women who are trying to look their best and will stop at nothing to get there, Molly, too, has been bitten by the beauty bug. The 44-year-old says there aren’t any cosmetic procedures she’s tried that she regrets doing. “I do extensive research before I do any procedure on my body and make sure I’m in the hands of doctors or nurses I really trust. I think you have to be careful about doing too many microdermabrasion and laser treatments because it thins your skin,” she says. “I am about to do a Pixel laser treatment with Nurse Jamie, and laser tightening. I also want to try a Cosmelan peel and microneeding.”

To keep her skin in tip-top shape, Molly swears by her monthly facials with Georgia Louise in New York and Shani Darden in Los Angeles. “They stimulate my skin with microcurrent and red lights, and it’s made a huge difference. I also get a great peel twice a year.”

But even supermodels have complexion complaints regardless of what they have been genetically blessed with. “In my 20s, I didn’t pay enough attention and barely used sunscreen. In my 30s, I really started taking care of my skin. But when some lines started to pop up here and there, I really freaked out. I would be like, “This wrinkle was not there yesterday. How do I remove it immediately?” Now, in my 40s, if I get a line or wrinkle, I don’t sweat it. But, it’s still game on when it comes to IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) and monthly facials.”

Her beauty cabinet is stocked with products, and the self-professed beauty junkie counts plenty of them as “musts.”

“I love Retrouvé Revitalizing Eye Concentrate ($415). My makeup artist Joey Mallouf introduced me to it and it has made a difference under my eyes—I kid you not. I also die for Georgia Louise’s Vitamin A Serum ($130) and her Sleeping Beauty Oil ($105). The oil smooths my fine lines and wrinkles and I have seen a huge change—it’s insane. I also love Shani Darden’s retinol, which has lightened up my melasma immensely, and a great brightening cream from Dr. Haleh Bashandeh, which also helps with my melasma.”

One beauty hack she’s dying to try is microblading. “But so many people tell me I don’t need it, so we’ll see.”

When it comes to plastic surgery, Molly says she’ll never say never, but it just depends. “If something bothered me to the pint that I would need surgery, I would do it. However, I’ll do everything I can before I turn to that option.”
