When it comes to food, Sims turns to a nutritionist for an extra boost. “I work with a really good woman named Kelly LeVeque who also works with Jessica Alba, Chelsea Handler and a bunch of other celebrities,” says Sims. “She talks about how fat, fiber and grains are important, so [my family] eats a ton of turkey tacos, turkey meatballs, salmon, and chicken. It was the best f—ing facial I’ve ever had.”
