Martha Stewart is renowned for her thirst traps at 81, which rival those of women in their 50s. What can we say? The woman knows her angles. Stewart recently posted a glowing selfie featuring a fresh cut by John Barrett. In the comments, someone named Amy asked what we’ve all been wondering, “What the f are you doing? How are you looking this amazing?”

Because she’s a princess of the people, Stewart answered. She shared a few of the things she sticks to help keep herself looking youthful. Stewart credits “eating very well,” including a daily green juice as part of the puzzle. “Pilates three times a week. Horseback ride at least once a week,” she adds. “No smoking” and only a “little drinking.” It all seems simple enough.

Many commenters were quick to note Stewart might also dabble in in-office treatments, although she’s denied a full facelift. Whether she’s had treatments or not, keeping your skin up that well is still a feat. We’ll be trying her tricks, including healthy eating, limiting vices and doing exercises regularly that we enjoy.
