While she’s British by birth, Lily Collins has become one of the staple images that come to mind when we think of Parisian, French-girl glam. With the massive success of her romcom Emily In Paris, Collins’ style evolution has quickly turned into a point of public interest, and fans everywhere are always eager to know what she’s using, from makeup to skin care, clothing and more.

Lucky for us, Collins sat down with ELLE UK to talk all things beauty and spilled the deets on tons of her can’t-live-without products, from a $4 lip balm to her on-set hair-repair hero.
Lily Collins’ Tried-and-True Beauty Routine
In her tell-all beauty interview with ELLE UK, the face of Lancôme beauty and Living Proof ambassador told the outlet that, when it comes to non-negotiable skin-care products, SPF is at the top of her list. “I use SPF daily,” she says, “protecting yourself from the sun is so important. I’ve been using a Kiehl’s sunscreen (originally $47-$52, now $31-$52)), which is super light and fragrance-free. I also always keep my serum and foundation with me.” The serum and foundation in reference are none other than Lancome’s Advanced Génifique Serum ($135) and their Teint Idole Ultra Wear Foundation ($57).
While she’s one to splurge on high-quality sun protection and skin-loving makeup, when it comes to lip products, Collins keeps it casual. “Burt’s Bees Lip Balm ($4) is also an essential in my bag as it provides such great hydration and the peppermint makes my lips tingle,” she says. Another one of her “holy grail” hair products is Living Proof’s Triple Bond Complex ($45): “Whether I’m shooting a movie or on a photoshoot, it can take a big toll on my hair between all that straightening, coloring and curling,” she explains. “So, when I’m not working, I make it my mission to reset and concentrate on damage control by using Living Proof’s Triple Bond Complex. That way I can maintain my hair’s integrity and make sure it’s the healthiest it can be.”
