In conjunction with Laura Geller’s return to Ulta, the brand is launching a campaign called “Who Hasn’t?” in which other female founders over 40 own their aging stories alongside Laura to spark “authentic conversations about the physical and emotional insecurities—gray hairs, wrinkles and everything in between—we all experience as we mature.”

The campaign aims to create “a safe space for women to acknowledge and embrace their insecurities, showing that vulnerability is not a weakness—even for successful women—but a bridge to connection and empowerment.”
