Holistic aesthetician Jadé Marie has amassed more than 1.2 million followers on Instagram for a reason. Her friendly demeanor, accessible approach to self-care and soothing meditations makes hitting “follow” a no-brainer, but it’s her skin-care tips and favorites we’re paying special attention to. We picked the expert’s brain about her morning skin-care routine, favorite gadgets and beauty-sleep must-haves. 

Morning Musts

“I personally love to give myself a light lymphatic massage when applying my moisturizer in the morning,” says Marie. “This helps to naturally sculpt, depuff and penetrate the products deeper. Of course I always have to wear an SPF—it’s the most important step in the morning.”

Cold Shoulder

When it comes to combating eye puffiness and dark circles, Marie says the Sonage Baby Frioz Ice Globes ($54) are a favorite. “I’ve been using the Globes in my morning routine for months and have seen such a difference in the overall appearance of my under eyes,” she says. “I like to apply an eye cream and then glide them over to blend it into my skin. It feels so luxurious.” 

Sleep Study

“I also like to use [the Globes] on my neck as well as my décolletage, an area that is often neglected. I unfortunately sleep on my side which causes chest wrinkles, so I like to use my icy globes paired with a peptide mask to help smooth out this area.”


“My number-one tip for naturally looking awake is to get your beauty sleep,” says Marie. “But in all seriousness, I drink a lot of green juices and feel that what you put into your body shows through your skin. Inner wellness is just as important and can make your skin radiate. Adding this into your morning ritual will make a huge difference in how awake your skin looks!”
