At 78 years old, Helen Mirren remains the embodiment of poise and elegance. While wrinkled, her skin is soft and supple, and although gray, her hair is healthy and shiny because the dame knows how to take care of herself properly. During a recent interview with Harper’s Bazaar UK, Mirren revealed some of the beauty items she travels with, including a $13 skin cure-all.
“When you’re traveling, all sorts of things can happen to your skin—you can get a rash or something can go wrong,” says Mirren, which is why she always keeps Active Silver Colloidal Silver Magic Gel ($13) on hand.
She recommends the gel to viewers, noting how interesting the fast-acting, soothing formula is. “A little dab of that if you have a rash or something going wrong with your skin, a dry patch, this stuff just magically sort of resolves it,” says Mirren.
