Last night, Klum took over New York City for her annual Halloween party and stepped out with her husband, Tom Kaulitz, in full E.T. glam. Coming off her first MSG show, country singer Kelsea Ballerini showed up to Klum’s Halloween party as a picture-perfect Sandy from Grease, complete with her bouffant curls and a sharp red lip. On her arm was Outer Banks star Chase Stokes dressed in a similarly uncanny Danny Zuko costume.
