Sunscreen has to be one of the most important parts of any beauty routine, and even Courteney Cox knows that. The Friends alum and Homecourt founder recently spoke to PS about her must-have beauty products, including the $79 sunscreen she uses to protect her skin as soon as she wakes up and the luxe LED light therapy tool she swears by.
According to PS, Cox’s morning skin-care routine is ever-changing. But one product that’s become a staple in her regimen recently is the Dermalogica Skin Dynamic Recovery SPF 50 ($79), an anti-aging sunscreen that stimulates collagen production to make the skin look more bouncy and elastic while also providing the perfect base for complexion makeup. Another one of Cox’s go-tos? Her ProPanel Red LED Light. “I sit there for 20 to 25 minutes under that, and I just try to breathe and think, this is the only time I’m going to be still for the whole day,” she told the publication. Red light therapy is typically used to stimulate collagen production and address issues like fine lines, wrinkles and inflammation. Cox didn’t specify what issue she relies on the high-tech device for, but her skin looks flawless either way.
