The 65th annual Grammy Awards is proving to be a star-studded event for the ages. Along with performances that will keep us talking, our favorite A-listers are not holding back when it comes to their show-stopping glam. Case in point: Grammy nominee Camila Cabello’s smooth, soft and radiant makeup look.
Celebrity makeup artist Ash K. Holm was the genius behind the sweet look, and lucky for us, she’s sharing the breakdown.
A surprise to no one, any great makeup look starts with solid skin prep. On her Instagram, Holm shared she used L’Oréal Paris Revitalift Derm Intensives 12% Vitamin C + E + Salicylic Serum ($33) “to plump up skin and hydrate [the] complexion.” Next came the brand’s Prime Lab Up to 24HR Pore Minimizer ($17) to “blur pores.” According to Holm, all you need is a pea-sized amount of the primer “to smooth fine lines and blur pores for a flawless complexion that lasts.”
For foundation, Holm used True Match Super Blendable Foundation ($14) followed by True Match Lumi Glotion ($16) on the cheekbones and bridge of the nose “to achieve an elevated glow.” Next, Holm used the True Match Blush ($12) in Rosey Outlook and Bare Honey to “warm up the face.”
To create Cabello’s sultry eye look, Holm smudged the L’Oréal Paris Infallible Grip Eyeliner ($12) in Intense Black along the lash line and underneath the lower lashes. For lengthened, voluminous lashes, Holm used the trending L’Oréal Paris Telescopic Lift Mascara ($15). “Build up the lashes with three to four layers,” advises Holm.
For the finishing touch, Holm used L’Oréal Paris Colour Riche Intense Volume Matte Lipstick ($14) in the shade Le Nude Admirable to create the perfect nude lip.
